Taste: An expressive bouquet, dominated by aromas of pears, apricots and white flowers, followed by citrus accents and discreet vegetal tones. Aftertaste with fine tones of almonds.
Aroma: Seductive notes of white flowers and fruits with yellow core, wrapped in tones of lemon peel and mineral influences.
Color: Straw yellow, with greenish tints.
Serving: The optimal serving temperature is 5-6/8-9 °C. However, its cool and well-balanced character is perfect for the wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
