Tasting notes:
Taste: It is seductive and aromatic, smooth in the initial attack, which proves round on the taste buds, with a superb tonic allure. Aromatic finish and long aftertaste, with elegant barrel sensations.
Aroma: An olfactory spectacle of mineral aromas that open with notes of wildflowers and citrus essences, to then display delicate sensations of saffron alongside vanilla flowers and talc. After a few seconds in the glass, splendid notes of acacia honey and linden flowers reach the aroma.
Color: Straw yellow, intense and bright.
Serving: We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 8 – 12 °C alongside fish or seafood specialties, fresh pasta with truffles and soft and fatty cheeses, turbot with saffron and mussel sauce.
