Merlot
Tasting notes:
Taste: Silky and alcohol-extracted fruits stand out, Virginia tobacco leaves and tertiary notes of vanilla and tar. The tannins are shaped by the years of maturation, the long aftertaste is marked by fruity sensations.
Aroma: Debuts with well-defined aromas of black and red pepper, but especially of fleshy red fruits with juicy flesh, black cherries, sour cherries and ripe blackberries. From the barrel it borrows notes of sweet spices, balsamic herbs and fir resin.
Color: Intense and extractive ruby.
Serving: We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 15 – 17 °C with dried raw sausages, game meat preparations, aged cheeses, lamb chops with wine reduction.
