Tasting notes:

Taste: the wine is velvety. The tannins, carefully shaped by the time spent in the barrels, have a solid and silky structure that causes a long and chewy aftertaste.

Aroma: It is generous in aromas of black currants, cherries, blueberries and sweet jams, which are joined by sensations of spices, vanilla and wood.

Color: Ruby red and inky, denoting density and consistency.

Serving: We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 15 – 17 °C with red beef, game, lamb and aged cheeses.
