Merlot Rose
Tasting notes:
Taste: Fresh, fruity and slightly mineral.
Aroma: Aromas of raspberry, strawberry with fine floral notes and aromas of grapefruit.
Color: Salmon pink, with shades of rose petals.
Serving: We recommend serving the wine at a temperature of 12 – 14 °C. It goes perfectly with grilled sea bream dishes with sage butter, pan-fried shrimp with rosemary, chicken breast in Dijon sauce, sushi, seafood or any type of salad.
